I just scheduled my call! What's next?
A few minutes before your scheduled time, click on the ZOOM link in the confirmation email (example shown below) to join the video chat from your computer! IT IS MANDATORY that you are using a computer and not a mobile device.
Please block off the time in your calendar/schedule and arrive a few minutes early (in case you experience any tech issues). You will be receiving a few confirmation emails/texts as well as a personalized reminders from our team.
What do I need to do to prepare for the call?
As common courtesy, please only book a call if you intend to keep it! We do not re-book no-shows. Make sure you have a computer, good WiFi connection and no distractions during our 60-minute call. Also, prepare to discuss important details about your business, so we can see if you qualify for our program!
Should I bring my spouse or business partner?
YES! This is highly encouraged (and even mandatory). Please bring any important individuals that makes decisions for your business (spouse, business partner, investor, etc.) so we can share everything with them on the call (instead of having two separate calls). We believe in having everyone on the same page and making sure they receive the information as well.
Can I reschedule or cancel my call?
Unfortunately due to extremely high demand and limited slots, we will not allow reschedules or cancellations. Our team has opened up our calendars to help as many people as possible during this time. As common "no-show" courtesy in our industry, please respect our team and entire waitlist by showing up to the scheduled time you chose. All businesses are allowed one call and no-shows will automatically be cancelled. This is non-negotiable. If you cannot make your appointment, please respond back to the confirmation email/text so we can get you rebooked.
What happens if I'm a no-show?
We are EXTREMELY courteous with other people's time and we're sure you dislike when potential clients are no-shows and "ghost" you. All we ask is common respect and courtesy to our entire waitlist and team members, that you show up on time. If you just decide to miss the meeting without notifying our team, we will cancel the call with you and not allow you to reschedule another one (as per our policy). If by any chance, you won’t be able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please respond back to the confirmation email/text now so we can get you rebooked.
I'm just looking around.. Why should I take this call seriously?
If you're just "looking around," this is not the call for you. This is for those who are looking to exponentially grow their PMU business this year. If we see that you are not 100% committed to your call, we may cancel it. This means to NOT do it in between your short client breaks, in the car driving, eating lunch, noisy places, etc. If you cannot commit a simple 60-minute distraction-free call to change your entire business, then unfortunately we won't be the best fit.
